Once tenants are selected, our tasks include signing the lease, confirming a guarantor, collecting deposits and monthly rent. You can depend on us to undertake both regular and unscheduled maintenance, house cleaning, communication with tenants as necessary and responsible operation with respect to the applicable laws.
We document our entire management process so that our clients are able to view the real-time performance of their property through the Owner Portal. We are proud to offer this service because it allows our clients to stay current with the management of their rental without having to complete any of the tasks themselves.

Answer: Vesta Property Management documents the performance of your rental property so that you can observe it in real-time through the Owner Portal. If you have any additional questions, we are available to provide you with supplementary information as required.
Question: What is the Owner Portal?
Answer: The Owner Portal provides clients with the opportunity to view real-time performance of their rental. We are happy to assist with the registration of your Owner Portal and can provide a tutorial to help you become more comfortable with the software.
