For any maintenance requests or other issues that may occur, we are committed to dealing with them in a timely manner. Our online maintenance request form enables our tenants to easily submit their requests directly to our staff, so the appropriate individual to address the request can be assigned immediately. We also provide our tenants with rent receipts upon request.

Question: Do we pay any additional fees to you, other than rent?
Answer: No! Tenants do not pay a fee for our services or for regular maintenance. However, tenants are responsible for covering the cost to repair damage to the residence caused by negligent behaviour.
Question: What is a guarantor?
Answer: A guarantor is an individual who will co-sign your lease and is responsible for paying the rent if you do not.
